Obituary of Judith L. Allen

Hilton - Judy L. Allen passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at the age of 77. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Edgar "Ed" Allen; her children, Jeff Allen, Jamie (Rich) Modelski, Jennifer (Tom) Tortora and Jay (Shelly) Allen; her 12 grandchildren - Brett D., Jessica J. and Abigail R. Allen; Tyler J., Cody R., Hannah L. and Haley L. Modelski; Joshua D., Jacob A. and Grace L. Tortora; Jaden C. and Jackson T. Allen.

Judy was the former owner of Celebration Hair Designs in Hilton. She enjoyed all arts and crafts, particularly sewing and quilting. She adored her grandchildren and taking care of them.

Friends and family are invited to call (following CDC health guidelines) Sunday, October 4th from 1 - 4 PM at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Inc., 735 East Avenue in Hilton.  Judy's Service will be held Monday, October 5th at 10 AM at Parma Christian Fellowship Church, 39 Hovey Street in Hilton. Interment will take place in Maple Lawn Cemetery, Bolivar, New York at the convenience of the family.
