Obituary of John Nichols

John "Jack" Nichols passed away at the age of 80 on Tuesday, May 22, 2018.  He was predeceased by his wife, Donna Nichols; daughter, Diane Collins; brothers, Huey, William and Richard; and sister, Geraldine.

Jack is survived by his brother, James (Sandra) Nichols; his sisters, Ruth Vito and Mary Ruggeri; his son, Johnny Nichols; his daughter-in-law, Julie and his son-in-law, Wayne.  Jack was also proud of his 4 grandchildren, Wade (Eun) Collins, Derek (Marc) Collins, Ashley Keefe and John (Jessica) Nichols; and his 5 great-grandchildren, Danielle & Wyatt Collins, Paige Keefe and Quinn & Harper Nichols.  Jack was blessed with many beloved nieces, nephews and his loving companion, Rita Lesnick.

Jack was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and trap shooting.  He started Nichols Brothers Collision over 50 years ago.  Jack had an incredible work ethic, matched only by the love he had for his family.  He had a quick wit, and always had a story or joke to brighten every coffee break or gathering.

Visitation will be held Thursday, May 31st starting at 4 PM at the Hilton Fireman's Exempt Club.  A Memorial Service will be held at the Exempts Club at 4:30, followed by fellowship and a "celebration of Jack's life".
