Obituary of Susan White Lowenguth

Hamlin - Susan White Lowenguth - Sunrise - October 24, 1952, Sunset - September 12, 2022, age 69, after a courageous battle with diabetes, kidney disease, and cancer.  Predeceased by her parents, Donald and Joan White; her son, Joseph O'Connell; her mother-in-law, Barbara Lowenguth and her brother-in-law, Tim Kelly. Survived by her loving and devoted husband, Steven, and their beloved dog Mirabelle.  Also survived by her brother, Tom White; her sisters, Pam (Bob) Dolan, Mary Kelly, Trisha (Joe) Valenti, and Gwen (Ray) Nania; her father-in-law, Robert Lowenguth; her sisters-in-law, Karen Anne Lowenguth (Dale Robinson), Sandy Lowenguth; her brother-in-law, John (Michelle) Lowenguth; many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephew. 

Susan worked as an Administrative Assistant for 38 years at Eastman Kodak Company and ITT. She was passionate about her sewing, crafting, and taking care of the lawn on her "Joan Deere" tractor. She loved helping Steve in the greenhouse, getting ready for "opening day".  Friday night fish fries and sharing a meal with friends and family were very special to her.  Everyone that knew Susan was in awe of her strength and inspiration to overcome the many health issues that she faced. 

Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, September 23, 2022, from 4:00 - 7:00 pm at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, 735 East Avenue, Hilton. Susan's Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2022, at 11:00 am at Living Hope Assembly of God, 2168 Roosevelt Hwy, Hilton, NY 14468.
