We have so many warm memories of Noel since he has been here in our lives since 1990 when Margie and our son Sean married. We were then blessed with our wonderful shared grandchildren—Emily, Lauren, Luke, Vivianne, Matthew, Clare, Cecilia, Maire and Grace. We got to join together in celebration of their Birthdays, Baptisms, First Communions, Confirmations, Graduations, etc. and for many Holiday events as well It’s always difficult saying goodbye to those who shared our journey in life. We will remember him always as a loving grandfather who actively supported all of his grandchildren’s undertakings—especially all of their sports—and for his jovial manner, and we will be grateful to him always for the most beautiful gift he gave us—his daughter and now ours Marjorie. My first memory of Noel was when I was 6 years old and he came to visit with me because I was stashed away in the far living room with the mumps! My sister Anne was dating him and I thought to myself "this one's a keeper"! He loved kids and I spent many hours at their house visiting or babysitting as I got older. He could talk about anything and everything and I was so impressed as a kid that he actually held a patent on something. Don't remember what but that was impressive! Noel, you were very private but could be quite gregarious and funny. I will miss you greatly and I pray that the Lord will gather you on eagles wings and keep you in the palm of His hand.
