My Walker family will always be a fond memory. Fred, and my brother, Steve Slater, were such good friends. From a very early age, perhaps I was seven or eight, I knew Fred. And I knew how much you, Carol, and Fred meant to him. The last time I saw you both was at Steve’s “This is Your Life” birthday party at my house on Collamer Road. I still watch the videos of that special night where his friends gathered to celebrate. Fabulous to see you all.
My deepest sympathy for your loss. To Gary, as well. A treasured friend. Truly good people. You all flash through my mind from time to time. It doesn’t seem possible so much time has passed. But you’re all a part of my prayers. God Bless and comfort you all.
