Obituary of Doris S. Chick

Brockport - Doris S. Chick passed away on November 10, 2023 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by her parents, Otto and Carolena Semmler; her husband of 68 years, James "Bill" Chick in 2020; and her brother and sister-in-law, Elmer (Arlene) Semmler. She is survived by her children, Ricky (Debbie) Chick and Scott (Bonnie) Chick; her grandchildren, Heather (Doug) Case, Jared Chick, Tami Chick, and Eric Chick; her great-grandchildren, Zachary, Abby, Trenton, and Tyler; and her brother, Glen (Linda) Semmler. 

Doris was a homemaker. She was a devoted wife and mother who loved caring for her husband and her family. She enjoyed knitting, painting ceramics, reading, playing bingo and other games, watching the birds, and surfing the web on her i-pad. She will be deeply missed.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment in Garland Cemetery.
