Condolences
I got to know Charm through my work at Hilton HS. Every time I spoke with her she put a smile on my face. She and I could chat for an hour, despite not knowing each other very well. She always amazed me in everything that she had overcome and accomplished. Two weeks ago, I thought to myself I should call her just to check in but time got away from me. I wish I had reached out to let her know I was thinking about her and praying for her.
To Charm's family - thank you for sharing such an amazing person with this world. Your family is in my thoughts. She made an impact on me and I am thankful she was part of my life and just wish it could have been for longer.
Charm's smile and strong work ethic impressed me very much when we worked together for the Census Bureau. At the time, she was working at OATKA but still gave 110% to every task she took on. Deepest sympathies to her family.
Charm was a warrior. I knew her through the Democratic Committee in Hamlin and worked with her as an election inspector too. She never gave up on anything she did. She told the truth about everything. You always knew where you stood with Charm. She loved fiercely!! Her children, grandchildren and Tim. She was a courageous and committed person who valued life and friendship and democracy. I will miss her and her bravery. I loved her as most people who knew her did.
Charm was a very good friend. I recall that Charm would often deliver a rose to many of her single friends on Valentines Day so we didn’t feel left out. And when my house in Hamlin sold much faster than expected, she offered to have me stay with her for six weeks while I was also transitioning to a new job in the Buffalo area. She didn’t have to do this, but she had a good heart and knew the value of friends. You will are loved and will be missed.
I worked with Charm for 10 years at Kodak and I graduated 1 year behind her at Hilton we stayed friends after Kodak. Charm always cared for others when I had my knees replaced she would always call and make sure I was ok. That's what she would do with her friends. Then the last few years she would just randomly call and see how my wife and I were doing. Charm will be missed but I know she's up there looking down on her family and smiling
I feel like I have known Charm and Cheri all my life. Two of the many twins that graduated from Hilton in 79! I will miss running into Charm in Tops Hamlin, wheeling around in the electric carts! Wish I could have gotten her out to the VFW for a cold one! Be at peace Charm and watch over all of us. Love Bird, aka Linda McPhall Hoffman
I knew both Cheri and Charm from kindergarten on. Such a caring and lovely family. I am so sorry to all the family. Know that she is with your parents and watching out for you. Sincerely Joyce Lucisano
