Condolences
John made the Emerald Society of the Federal Law Enforcement Agencies what it is today. John's dedication was unparalleled. His efforts and accomplishments are unparalleled.
John's family can be comforted by the fact that he was a great military police officer, serving in Korean wat, an extraordinary Postal Police Officer and an outstanding human being.
We can be comforted that John is reunited with his wife and parents in Heaven.
God Bless John and his family.
John and family,
Very sorry to hear of your dads passing. It has been a while since we saw each other. He made a trip here to the farm with one of his granddaughters. We all sat on the porch and chatted for a while until his return home. I’m glad we were able to get together once again.
I remember the times we car pooled together to Buffalo. We had quite a few experiences in doing so, and there were numerous times we have no idea how we even got there fighting the adverse weather all the way. Once we even crossed railroad tracks where there wasn’t any crossing, but we laughed about it in the later years. I truly enjoyed working with him in Rochester, then in Buffalo. I could always depend on him when responding to various incidents. He was a great representative when he was in charge of the Batavia Kiwanis police recognition days and was always involved with other law enforcement organizations and benefits including the John Walsh foundation. To this day, I have a picture of John and John Walsh together in Washington I believe. I could go on but his obituary says it all. Once again, our sincere condolences to the entire family, we will surely miss him.
