Obituary of Lynn C. Lefler

Rochester - Lynn C. Lefler passed away on December 24, 2024 at the age of 81. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard "Dick" Lefler; her parents, James and Josephine Douglas; her brother, Larry Douglas; and her sister, Heather White. She is survived by her children, Brook (Brenda) Lefler, Shannon Lefler, and Courtney (David) Connors; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Avery, Norah, Destannie, Justina, and Di'Yanna; her siblings, Jim (Cindy) Douglas and Debby (Bob) Groth; her loving brother-in-law, Russ White; and her nieces and nephews.  

Lynn was a Physical Therapist for Visiting Nurse Service. She was a Life Member of the Hilton Fire Department Ladies Auxilliary as well as a Life Member of Alpha Gamma Delta of the University of Buffalo. She enjoyed helping people and volunteering, especially providing transportation for others for needed appointments. She also enjoyed baking, watching her grandchildren play sports, and she was a die-hard Buffalo Bills fan. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Family and friends are invited to call on Sunday, January 5, 2025 from 1:00 - 3:00 pm at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Inc., 735 East Avenue, Hilton, where Lynn's Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 6, 2025 at 11:00 am. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
