We are so terribly sorry for your loss. Jake was a gentle and sweet person. He brought goodness and light wherever he was. His kindness and respect for others was remarkable. People felt loved, accepted and safe in his company. I am ever so grateful for knowing him and the beautiful family he was a part. God bless Jake and those that loved him.
