Condolences
I find myself wanting to write to you, Sally--not about you. It's not real that you're up in heaven and not here on earth enjoying life and helping others to enjoy their lives. My cousin Audrey is already missing making plans with you because you two had such a close bond and knew how to have great times together, especially when it came to horse adventures. I was privileged to join you on some fun rides, and I sure thought there would be many more to come. May God keep you in his loving care, my friend.
I read once that our lives are shaped as much by those who leave us as they are by those who stay. I learned so much from Sally....to always clean a little more than just your space,,.to be kind to barn kitties...to know who you are riding with...that every horse should be loved and taken care of the way she did with Bailey...that, no matter what you were doing in the barn, to always wear a beautiful lipstick. I hope your family feels the love so many of us felt for Sally. Thank you for sharing her with us.
Sally was my idol in our local horse world family. She was a fantastic, talented rider and so beautiful with such a warm smile. Please accept my sincere sympathy in your loss.
Joe and family
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Sally was a wonderful lady with a heart and soul that was larger than the heavens . She always had a smile when she came to see me and a story about her children, grandchildren,, her mom, and her horse. I will always remember her smile. God bless you , as your lives take a different path.
I wanted to express my condolences to all of Sally’s family. Right now your grief may be inconsolable, and any words of comfort may be inadequate. So I pray that the God of comfort supply you with strength to face today, and hope and peace to face tomorrow. One way that God comforts us today is by moving people who care about us to give us words of encouragement that we need to hear.
