Obituary of Nancy G. Larnder

Nancy G. Larnder passed away on Friday, December 23, 2022 at the age of 88. She was predeceased by her husband, Richard (1999); her son, Richard M.; and her sister, Marilyn Scott. Nancy is survived by her children, Susan Johnson and Diane (Henry) Staab; her grandchildren, Kyle & Kelly Johnson, Amy (Matt) Ostrander, and Jessica (Eric) Bell; her great-grandchildren, Bryceson Johnson and Rowan Bell; her brother, Robert (Cher DeFreze) Graupman; her sister, Priscilla Graupman; and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Nancy was a loan officer for First Federal Bank in Brockport for many years. She enjoyed camping in her earlier years with her family in their pop-up camper, frequenting Lakeside and Hamlin Beach Parks, and gathering with the Hamlin Cornpoppers camping group. She enjoyed exercising and keeping fit at the gym. Later on, she enjoyed visiting the 1000 Islands with her husband and continued after he had passed. She was an active member of St. John Lutheran Church as well as the Hamlin Seniors, and enjoyed volunteering for Life Solutions in Hamlin. She was an avid bowler for many years as well. She will be missed by her loving family and many friends. 

All are invited to attend Nancy's Funeral Service on Friday, December 30th at 11:00 am at St. John Lutheran Church, 1107 Lake Rd N, Hamlin, NY 14464. Interment will take place privately with family at Lakeside Cemetery in Hamlin.
