Hilton: On April 6, 2016. Gerald was predeceased by his son, Gerald P. Smith Jr. and his twin brother, John Peter Smith. He is survived by his wife, Julia; daughters, Sarah (Jim) Mason and Margaret (Rusty) Mattison; 5 grandchildren and sister, Patricia Bing.
