Obituary of John W. Clark

Hamlin: On March 4, 2016, at age 95. Jim was predeceased by his wife of 71 years, Esther (Rodas) Clark. He was loved by an extended family that includes his sister-in-law, brother-in-law, many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors. Jim was a WWII Navy Veteran, an outgoing conversationalist, an avid golfer, and devote, husband to Esther. Jim started working at Artcraft Optical in 1946, until his retirement. Friends may all Tuesday, March 8th from 10 – 11 AM at Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, 735 East Avenue in Hilton. Jim’s Funeral Service will be held at 11 AM at the Funeral Home, after calling hours. Interment will follow the Service at Mt. Albion Cemetery. Memorials in Jim’s name may be made to the Lutheran Church of Our Savior, 2417 Chili Avenue, Rochester, NY 14624.
