Hilton: Suddenly, October 4, 2015, at age 61. Frank is survived by his wife, Linda (Hamm) Heglund; sons, Wayne & Dale Lowery; 2 grandchildren; his brother, Brian Heglund; sister, Karen Juszkiewicz.
