Hamlin: On October 3, 2016. Madeline is survived by her husband, Kenneth McCullough; her children, Karen Peake, Donald (Dawn) Peake & Bruce (Sandy) Greene. She was predeceased by her son, Randy (1983). She is also survived by her grandchildren, Donald, Chad, Zachary & Mason Peake, Dana, Sara, Josua & Cory Ellison, Jason, Nick & Kelly Greene; her sister, Rosemary Seaman and brothers, Richard Jubenville & Donald (Betty) Jubenville.
