Obituary of Scott A. Gallipeau

Hilton: Suddenly July 27, 2016. He was predeceased by his father, Herbert Gallipeau & mother-in-law, Mary Jane Hobson. Scott is survived by his wife, Judy; daughter, Lindsay (Brett) Moreland; son, Nicholas (Brittany) Gallipeau; mother, Arlene Gallipeau; brother, Glenn (Nancy) Gallipeau; sister, Lisa (Gary) Dobosz; father-in-law, William Hobson; brothers-in-law, Bill (Stacy) Hobson & Jack Hobson; sister-in-law, Beth (Keith) Nichol; nieces, nephews & numerous friends locally and in the Thousand Island area. He also leaves his faithful companion Sophie. Scott was a huge fan of Syracuse University Basketball and the San Francisco Giants. He enjoyed fishing on the river and chatting and laughing with everyone at the Admirals Inn, Riverboat and Dockside. The 1000 Islands was truly his home away from home and a place he loved. Friends may call Monday from 4 - 7 PM at the THOMAS E. BURGER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 735 East Ave., Hilton where his Funeral Service will be held Tuesday at 10 AM. Private Interment will be held in Riverside Cemetery in Rochester.
