Obituary of Bonnie M. Eggleston

HILTON – Bonnie M. (Spitz) Eggleston, 76, of Leith Lane, passed away on Sunday morning, September 1, 2019.

Bonnie was born on February 10, 1943 in Rochester, NY, a daughter to the late Edward and Maxine (Meade) Spitz.  She grew up in Rochester, where she attended Charlotte High School. Bonnie settled in Hilton, NY and went to work various jobs; her most important job being a mother.

Her first marriage brought her three amazing children, David, Roderic and Rhonda Ramble.  Bonnie later married William “Bill” Eggleston.

Bonnie loved vacationing on St. Lawrence River, her beloved dog, Gizmo, shopping online for things she didn’t need, but most of all, she loved her family.

She is survived by her children, David (Tracy) Ramble, Iowa, Roderic (Kelly) Ramble, Hilton, Rhonda (Keith) Bates, Spencerport; her six grandchildren, Courtney (Livio) Ciciotti, Victor, Jason (Ashley) Ramble, Spencerport, Derek Lee and his fiancé, Rachel Piccaretto, Greece, Nicole (Tommy) Armstrong, Hamlin, Cheyenne Bates and her companion, Connor Purvis, Watertown, NY,  Hunter Bates, Spencerport; her six great-grandchildren, André and Nora Ciciotti, Clayton and Cooper Ramble, Victoria Lee and Mackenzie Armstrong.

Bonnie is predeceased by her husband, Bill and a brother, William Spitz.

Per Bonnie’s wishes, there will be no public services.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 160 Allens Creek Rd., Rochester, NY 14618.
