Rochester - Richard Tolle passed away on Thursday, June 11, 2020 at the age of 54. He was predeceased by his sister, Natalie Ophardt. He is survived by his sisters, Dorothy Reeves and Elizabeth (Melvin) Heinsbergen; and his many nieces and nephews.
