Condolences
❤️It is with great sadness we say goodbye to our sister Edith. We’ll always remember the good times and laughter we shared. Our annual fruit cake baking, Friday night fish fries, trips to Outer Banks, and Pa., fun times in Myrtle Beach. She shared our sorrow when we lost Timothy, and our hurt when we lost his boys. She loved her brother, Butch, as she lovingly called him. She accepted Dolores into the fold, not as a sister-in-law, but as a true sister. There will be a big void in our life without you dear sister. We Love you and will hold you in our hearts forever. Rest In Peace...Love, Butch & Dolores
Edith was not only my sister but also my forever friend. We shared good times as well as the bad times. We took many trips together to visit family who lived out of town. There was always one more adventure to have. Our frequent visits to see our sister Joyce in Philadelphia, our sister Catherine in Knoxville and Elkland PA. and as far as Oklahoma to visit my daughter. That was a trip to remember because the gps kept trying to send us the wrong way. Edith thankfully could read a map. We sometimes would get lost just going to Webster to visit Jim and Dee. When we both lived in Myrtle Beach we enjoyed our daily walks on the beach, taking trips to Charleston, enjoying beautiful Brookgreen Gardens and walking on trails and beach at Huntington Park where we could see the eagles.
I will forever miss her and our daily talks. I was truly blessed to have had her in my life for so many years even though I wished for more. I hold her close now in my thoughts and prayers.
My deepest sympathy to her daughters Diane, Susan and her husband Ernie and Terri and husband Brian, grandchildren and great grandchildren. You were all dearly loved. She will continue to watch over all of you.
Goodbye my wonderful sister and friend until we meet again. Love you.
