My condolences to Ron’s family and friends. He played the role of Santa so well, he brought Christmas cheer to so many, including my grandchildren. I worked with Ron at the town, and he was always as pleasant as can be. So sorry for your loss.
Ron "Santa" was our neighbor while we lived at N. Greece Rd. in the late '90s, early 2000's. Both he and Ginny were wonderful, kind neighbors. Ron was our older son's first visit from Santa and he continued to visit us personally when we moved a few miles away. Our son (now 22) still remembers this fondly. Condolences to you all for your loss. Ron was a beautiful soul and his acts of kindness will live on in our memories.
I knew Ron when I worked at the Greece Recreation office- back in the late Basil Marella era. He was such a great guy and always helped out as Santa for our Special Rec program. Rest In Peace Ron. I am glad our paths crossed.
