Obituary of Joseph Patrick Kernaghan

Joseph Kernaghan passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at the age of 75. He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Mary Kernaghan; his son, Joseph P. Kernaghan (5/21/1982); and his grandson, Aien M. Kernaghan (10/13/2012). He is survived by his wife, Nancy (Leipold) Kernhagan; his sons, Karl Kernaghan and Kenneth J. Kernaghan; and his grandson, Kenneth J.S. Kernaghan.

Joseph was a proud veteran of the US Army. He was a retiree of Eastman Kodak. He enjoyed amateur radio, listening to music, and going camping. He will be missed by his loving family and friends.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, April 11th from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, 735 East Avenue in Hilton, where Joe's Funeral Service will take place at noon. Interment with military honors will follow in Parma Union Cemetery.
