Hilton: July 29, 2016. Ruth Collins, 77. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, John A. Collins; her children, Cheryl (Michael) Collins-Dool, Debbie (Roc) Billotti, Kevin (Heidi) Collins; her grandchildren, Nicole Cubitt, Danielle Billotti (Lee Capomaccio), Roc Billott Jr. (Amanda Payment), Shawn Collins (Leanne Gefell); and 8 great-grandchildren. Friends are invited to all Tuesday, August 2nd from 4 – 7 PM at the Thomas E. Burger Funeral Home, Inc., 735 East Avenue in Hilton. Ruth’s Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, August 3rd at NOON at St. Leo Church in Hilton, followed by Interment in Parma Union Cemetery.
