She is survived by her husband, Wayne Collins; her sons, Wade (Eun) and Derek (Marc Nederlk) Collins; her father, John “Jack� Nichols; grandchildren, Danielle and Wyatt Collins; her brother, John Nichols; sister-in-law, Julie Nichols; niece, Ashley (Ryan) Keefe; a nephew, John (Jess) Nichols.
